Rick is searching the food in Taiwan.
There is a lot of strange and disgusting food here.
And in Stinky or Fried Tofu we have something that smells like a hot room full of sweaty arse.

But Fried Rice though, is a bit different la!
Simple, versatile, and very moreish, it is perhaps the finest “eat every day food” in the world.
Mentally and Physically are both can enjoy it....mmmm......
